This Privacy Policy is prepared within the framework of our disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 ("PDPL"), to explain the principles of processing of personal data processed by HES Law Firm | Law Firm ("HES Law") during the operation of the websites located at www.heshukuk.com and www.hes.av.tr ("Site").

In accordance with Articles 3 and 7 of the PDPL, data that is rendered anonymous and cannot be reversed to its original state will not be considered as personal data in line with the PDPL provisions and the processing activities related to this data will be carried out independently of the provisions of this Disclosure Statement.

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose,

  • To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPL,

  • To request notification to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, about the processes performed in accordance with sub-paragraphs (e) and (f) above,

  • To object to a result against you as a result of the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,

  • To request the compensation of the damage in case you incur damages due to unlawful processing.

Regarding the use of your rights as stipulated by the relevant law and other legislation, you can submit your request to HES Law in writing or through other methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board.

You can prepare your applications related to the aforementioned rights in accordance with the conditions set by the Personal Data Protection Board and send them in writing to the email address info@heshukuk.com.

Within this context, your applications will be accepted by us after identity verification and, depending on the nature of the request, they will be concluded as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days.
